Gunmetal Wheel Operated Tank Gauges

Our standard pattern series 60 gauges are available with 3/8”, 1/2” or 3/4” BSP thread connections and can accept 1/2”, 5/8” or 3/4” diameter gauge glasses.  Max S.W.P. 175psi at 200ºC.

Intermediate supports may be fitted if the distance between top and bottom fixings exceeds about 1300mm. If site conditions dictate that a glass tube cannot be used, then we can supply an acrylic tube as an alternative.

An auto shut off device can be installed in the top or bottom arms (or both) which prevents the sudden escape of liquid in the event of gauge glass breakage. Note that the internals of the valve need modification, so this device must be fitted in our workshop. Please specify if this is required at the time of ordering.

We also stock a light pattern series 70 range of gauges available with 3/8” or 1/2” BSP thread connections. These gauges can accept 1/2” or 5/8” gauge glasses. Max S.W.P. 100psi at 150ºC.

We recommend the use of either guard rods or a tubular guard to protect the gauge glass.  Please specify distance between fixing centres when placing an order.
