We currently have only one method of shipping online orders: City Link Express Delivery.
For items weighing up to 25kg: City Link next working day service at a charge of £9.50
For items weighing over 25kg and up to 50kg: City Link next working day service at a charge of £16.50
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands may take an extra day to arrive.
Please note that the above rates are for UK mainland addresses only.
Deliveries to the Scottish Isles, the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and the rest of the world will incur an extra charge. Please contact our office for details.
Returns.
If a stock item is ordered in error, or if subsequently found to not be required, Chanter Biomed Ltd. will take the items back into stock subject to the following conditions:
• The items must be in perfect condition.
• The items must be returned at the purchasers expense within one month of purchase.
• Chanter Biomed will levy a restocking charge of 15% of the value of the goods.
After one month, goods can only be returned if the company agrees.
